All FalconCDS pilots hold current FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificates and undergo continuous training to maintain proficiency in complex environments. This ensures each flight complies with federal, state, and local regulations—including airspace restrictions, flight limitations, and privacy safeguards. Our pilots understand not just how to fly, but how to operate responsibly in shared airspace near airports, highways, or populated areas.

Safety is embedded in every phase of our operations: pre-flight planning, in-flight monitoring, and post-flight documentation. Every mission includes a formal risk assessment and flight plan approved by our lead pilot. This rigor reduces liability exposure for our clients and ensures clean audit trails for regulatory or insurance reviews. We never cut corners to meet a deadline.

Comprehensive liability insurance is standard across all operations. This protects clients from financial exposure if unforeseen events occur during data collection. We provide certificates of insurance upon request as part of onboarding.
