3D Modeling & Visualization

Photorealistic 3D models create digital twins for planning, inspection, and stakeholder review without site access.

We build high-fidelity 3D models using structure-from-motion photogrammetry, processing hundreds of overlapping images to reconstruct geometry and texture. These models reflect real-world dimensions with centimeter accuracy and are textured using true-color imagery captured during flight. The resulting mesh can be rotated, measured, and annotated in standard web or desktop viewers, providing a virtual replica of the site, structure, or asset.

Clients use these digital twins for construction progress tracking, engineering Clash detection, and safety assessments. Inspectors walk around rooftops or tower structures virtually—avoiding access hazards and eliminating scaffolding. Architects and planners embed models into BIM coordination workflows, comparing proposed designs with captured reality to catch discrepancies early and reduce change orders.

All models are delivered as optimized web-friendly formats—like GLTF or Draco-compressed OBJ—supporting fast loading and sharing across teams. This enables quick access for remote reviewers, contractors, and permit authorities. The process requires no ground-based scanning or additional equipment, keeping deployment simple and minimizing site disruption while improving visibility into complex assets.
