FalconCDS conducts detailed visual and thermal inspections using drones equipped with high-magnification zoom lenses and uncooled microbolometer thermal cameras. This allows inspectors to identify cracks, moisture intrusion, heat loss, or electrical hotspots from a safe distance. Thermal imaging detects anomalies invisible to the naked eye, supporting predictive maintenance and safety assessments without shutdowns.
All inspections follow FAA Part 107 guidelines and include flight planning that accounts for site obstacles, airspace restrictions, and environmental conditions. We fly at appropriate standoff distances to meet minimum safety thresholds while maintaining image clarity. Results are delivered with location-tagged thermal overlays and high-resolution zoom images for targeted assessment.
Inspection reports include annotated imagery highlighting areas of concern, alongside measurement data such as temperature differentials and dimensional context. These reports support compliance with OSHA, IEEE, or industry-specific inspection standards. Clients receive secure digital delivery with clear metadata, enabling integration into existing asset management or work-order systems.
