Multi-Channel Launch

A synchronized timeplane for content drops across streaming, broadcast, and social platforms with built-in delivery lead times.

Each channel has its own slot—like Netflix at T+48h, broadcast at T+12h, and social clips at T+2h—so you schedule one master drop and let the system auto-place assets into each queue. If a master file arrives late, you slide the whole timeline, and every channel’s slot shifts while preserving its required lead time.

Teams use this when launching episodes or campaigns with staggered marketing needs. A drama rollout might need 72 hours for streaming upload, 24 hours for broadcast master conversion, and 2 hours for teaser clips. The pattern prevents last-minute channel conflicts and shows where a bottleneck would occur if social clips were moved too close to the broadcast lock.

Because the dependencies live in time, not just task reminders, cross-functional teams align without constant meetings. The social team sees their slot’s deadline without checking a spreadsheet; the broadcast team knows exactly when their master is due. Reuse it for single drops or multi-day events by duplicating the sequence and offsetting start points.
