Our outdoor Saturday stand in a local park serves freshly baked breads and small pastries during morning hours, regardless of weather.
The Saturday pop-up runs weekly, rain or shine, offering early access to that day’s limited sourdoughs and seasonal pastries. Bakers begin setting up early to ensure display tables, signage, and cooling racks are ready before the first customers arrive. Because this is a temporary setup—no indoor space or refrigeration—the menu is simplified: bread loaves, pastry types, and seasonal fruit tarts.
Since space is tight and demand is high, lines often form before opening. We recommend arriving early for the full selection—popular items may sell out by mid-morning. We accept cash and card, and the stand includes a compost station and reusable bag incentive. No reservations are possible; it’s first-come, first-served for a reason.
This pop-up is run by the same core team behind the production bakery, so quality remains consistent—just delivered in a lighter, more interactive format. Many regulars use it as a weekend ritual, pairing bread with local coffee or walking to the nearby community garden. The stand is staffed by a small team, rotating weekly, ensuring the same care given in-house but under open sky.
