Wine Club Collective dinners
Multi-course seated experiences hosted by several small producers in one vineyard grove.
Rather than one producer catering alone, three or four winemakers join forces in a single grove—often an ancient olive orchard or a sun-dappled almond section—setting long tables beneath strings of lanterns. Each brings not just wine, but also insight into what makes their parcels distinct: soil notes, vintage challenges, and how the evening’s dishes mirror their terroir.
Courses unfold as a single narrative, with each wine paired not to individual dishes but to themes—earth, light, patience, resilience—helping guests taste differences across varietals side by side. A grower might explain how their Grenache thrives only on north-facing slopes, or why their Syrah needs more aging than market pressure demands. The conversation flows freely around the table.
Dinner starts at sunset and winds as guests linger over dessert wines and shared memories. Service is quiet but not rushed—water refills and new pours happen without intrusion. Guests often exchange stories of past trips or dreams of vineyards yet to visit, with hosts joining tables informally afterward. It’s a rare moment where production, land, and people meet at the table together.
