Rhythm Sync
Auto-recommends workspace moves based on your past week’s commute, weather, and energy tags.
Rhythm Sync looks at your movement patterns—where you’ve worked, how long you stayed, and how travel time correlated with weather or time of day—to surface a new option that aligns with your current day. If you’ve been avoiding the subway during rain or switching locations when energy dips, it adapts in real time, suggesting quieter corners or spots with overflow space before you ask. It learns from patterns, not presets, so the recommendation feels like instinct rather than algorithm.
The system uses your calendar tags and past check-ins (like quiet work or deep focus) to weight options. A high-energy day might trigger a recommendation for collaborative spaces downtown, while a low-energy morning could surface a serene spot in Prospect Park with natural light. It doesn’t replace your judgment but narrows choices to those proven to work for your current state. You still decide, but with intelligence built from what’s already worked.
Unlike static filters, Rhythm Sync reflects the city’s rhythm—how mobility, climate, and fatigue interact across neighborhoods. It uses aggregate anonymized signals from users in similar workflows to validate suggestions, while respecting individual variance. For example, a suggestion for Midtown on a Tuesday at 10 AM might be re-routed to Long Island City if real-time occupancy shows the usual spot is full. This keeps recommendations grounded in daily reality, not theory.
