The Manhattan DMV offers similar business lanes, particularly for filings requiring apostilles or notarized affidavits. Mid-morning slots may open faster on certain days due to lower walk-in volume. Ask for the Business Services unit—general kiosks don’t process these filings. Always verify document requirements ahead of time since missing items cause immediate rejection.
