Our surgical specialists undergo one- to two-year fellowships beyond dental school and specialty training, dedicating themselves exclusively to implant dentistry and regenerative procedures. During this time, they perform hundreds of cases under expert supervision, mastering both straightforward and challenging scenarios—including immediate placement, sinus lifts, and ridge augmentation—while learning to select the optimal timing and technique for each anatomy and patient need.
Fellowship programs emphasize evidence-based decision-making, with heavy focus on 3D imaging interpretation, guided surgery, and predictable soft-tissue management. Surgeons refine their techniques for minimally invasive incisions, precise osteotomies, and primary stability achieved without over-preparation. This depth ensures every case is approached with both confidence and humility, knowing that outcomes depend on precise adaptation—not rigid protocols.
Beyond hands-on repetition, Fellows engage in structured cadaver lab work and live surgical observation, reviewing complications in real time and refining their problem-solving strategies.
