Licensing & Insurance

All our techs hold active MA HIC and plumbing contractor licenses, with full workers’ comp and liability coverage.

In Boston, plumbing work often requires permits and inspections. Unlicensed subcontractors can’t pull permits, which delays repairs and risks fines or voided home insurance claims. We use only direct employees with current MA HIC and Class B or C plumbing licenses, ensuring every job meets state code and city requirements without delays or legal exposure.

Insurance isn’t optional here—it’s non-negotiable. Every technician carries at least $1 million in general liability coverage and full workers’ compensation. That means if a pipe bursts during service and water damages your antique hardwood floor, or someone slips in your hallway, you’re protected. We provide proof of insurance before any technician arrives.

We verify licenses and insurance status in real time through state portals before onboarding and again quarterly. No paperwork is handled by third parties—our operations team cross-checks MA DOR and Board of Registration of Plumbing and Pipe Fitting databases directly. You’ll never be asked to sign a waiver because of an unlicensed worker on our team.
