Each plan accounts for the building’s age, plumbing materials, and typical occupancy patterns — for instance, high-rise units get extra focus on riser inspection and leak detection, while older walk-ups prioritize root intrusion checks in shared lines.
Retainer clients receive quarterly service logs, real-time issue alerts, and dedicated account coordination through our online portal. This includes preemptive notifications before freeze season begins, reminders for mandated backflow testing, and consolidated invoicing with no hidden fees. When repairs are needed, retainers include labor discounts and waived emergency fees — helping avoid costly reactive overhauls.
